Terms
The short version: pay the amount shown, list your Pokémon at exactly that amount, and we buy the listing. The details are below.
Who we are
Poketwo.store sells Pokécoins for Pokétwo. Your coins are delivered by our Pokétwo account buying a listing you create on the Pokétwo market, so they arrive straight in your balance.
Orders
- Orders are from 10M to 1,000M Pokécoins. The price is shown at checkout before you pay, and includes any volume, level, event or code discount.
- Send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown. The price recorded by our server is the one that applies if the two ever differ.
- An order is placed when you submit it with a Market ID, and accepted when we confirm the payment.
- If a payment does not arrive or an amount is out of stock, we will let you know and sort it out with you. Anything paid for an order we cannot complete is returned in full.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered within a few hours of the payment being confirmed, and you can follow every step from your profile menu. The details are in Delivery & refunds.
Events, codes and rewards
- Event codes are used once per account while the event runs, on orders that meet the code's conditions (for example a first order, or a minimum size). Event bonuses are delivered as Pokécoins with your order.
- XP is earned when an order is delivered, and every level unlocks its reward. Badges you earn stay on your profile. Events and rewards are refreshed from time to time; spawn-server invites are given out while they last.
Accounts
Keep your password private, and use one account per person so event codes stay fair for everyone. You can change your username, email and password any time from your profile menu.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Each order follows the terms in place when it was placed.
